Our Story

Founded in 2008, Woodland Groups began its journey in Dubai with humble beginnings—much like many other companies in the region. However, driven by determination, perseverance, and professional competence, the company steadily grew and expanded its footprint.

In 2018, Woodland Groups took a significant step forward by opening a branch in Sharjah, reinforcing its commitment to growth and operational excellence. Guided by a goal-oriented and focus-driven philosophy, the company continued its global expansion with the establishment of branches in London, United Kingdom, and Mumbai, India.

Today, Woodland Groups operates across the UAE, United Kingdom, and India, delivering comprehensive solutions in Event Set-Ups, Exhibition Stands, Interior Fit-Outs, and Digital Printing.

What We Do

We specialize in the designing and manufacturing of event setups, exhibition stands, interior fit-outs, kiosks, branding solutions, and all types of display systems for the BTL advertising industry. Our focus is on delivering innovative, high-quality concepts that consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.

We operate from a state-of-the-art 18,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse in Dubai and a 20,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse in Sharjah, fully equipped to handle fabrication and storage requirements—from small freestanding POS displays to large-scale event and exhibition setups.

With a complete in-house manufacturing facility, we have a strong advantage in producing premium-quality products at cost-effective prices, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and timely delivery.
